Much loved member of the dance troupe Diversity, there are few that can rival the street dance moves of Perri Kiely. Best recognised for winning Britain’s Got Talent in 2009, Perri has since carved out a successful individual career, known for not only his iconic afro hairstyle, but his outgoing and fun loving personality as a media star. Perri has proven a natural presenter in front of the camera and on stage through his recent work, making him one of the most sought after event hosts on the circuit. The youngest member of the dance group, Perri was only 14 when Diversity auditioned for, and eventually won the third series of Britain's Got Talent (BGT) in 2009. Mesmerising audiences with his effortless tricks that wove seamlessly throughout the group’s choreography, Diversity won BGT, but Perri won the heart’s of the nation. Over a decade later Perry has performed on over 10 tours with the troupe, including in UK wide pantomimes, made numerous television appearances and twice starred in the prestigious Royal Variety Show. A standout from the start, Perri is one of the best known and loved members of the group, for his energy, authenticity and cheeky-chappy persona.
Recognising the potential Perri had as a high profile public figure, he was soon snapped up for presenting roles. Combining his platform in dance, with his cool demeanor, Perri first acted as co-host for the backstage segments of ‘Got to Dance’ in 2013. An instant hit with contestants and viewers alike, Perri has since fronted his own series, alongside friend and Diversity pal Jordan Banjo, on ‘Jordan & Perri’s Ultimate Block Party’ and ‘Jordan & Perri’s Xmas Slime’. Equally popular for covering live events, Perri was the UK host for the highly anticipated Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in 2014, 2015 and 2016, proving just how well regarded his hosting skills are.
Having established himself as a popular solo entertainer, Perri’s star status has seen him a top choice to appear on reality shows. From winning Splash! In 2014, to coming second in Dancing on Ice 2020, and taking home first place in The Great Stand Up to Cancer Bake Off 2018, Perri’s vibrant personality often sees audiences vote him in top. In June 2020, it was announced the Jordan and Perri would replace KISS Breakfast's Tom & Daisy and host the daily morning show.
