The Process

Booking a speaker is a stress-free experience with our expert team. Able to provide unique and exciting talent suited to your budget and brief, we can work with you every step of the way.

Step One

First, browse our website to find the ideal speaker for your event or campaign. There are multiple categories on our website, so finding the ideal speaker is easier than ever. As not all of the speakers are displayed on our site, if you have someone specific in mind then give our booking team a call to secure your perfect speaker or act.

Step Two

After choosing one or more speakers, contact our booking team to receive a quote on their price and availability. To get in touch with Champions, simply call, email or complete our online booking form. Alternatively, ask us for a shortlist of recommended speakers for your event, to receive a handpicked selection by an industry expert.

Step Three

During a phone call with the Champions team, we will discuss your brief, who you are looking for and how we can help you as a speakers agency. From there, we will source and send over a selection of speakers using our industry knowledge and extensive experience, for you to review.

Step Four

Once you have reviewed our shortlist of usually one to three proposed speakers, Champions will then take the offer to either the speaker or their representative, where they will decide whether they wish to accept and provide their availability.

Step Five

With the speakers' availability in mind, you will then choose the ideal speaker out of the selection. Our expert team will then send a contract, invoice and, in most circumstances, organise a pre-event briefing call between you, one of our agents and the chosen speaker. We will also manage communication with the speaker, as well as logistical elements like travel.

Step Six

Running up to your event, we will ensure that your motivational, keynote or after dinner speaker arrives in plenty of time, and delivers their presentation to your exact specifications. One of our booking agents will also contact you 48 hours prior to your occasion, to ensure that everything is on track. In the unlikely event of your speaker being suddenly unavailable, we will endeavour to find you a replacement speaker of equivalent value that meets your every requirement.

Step Seven

After the event has taken place, we will get in touch again to discuss how well the speaker was received by your audience, and possibly request a client testimonial. Finally, our Champions team will then look forward to hopefully working with you again.
