He spoke about his beginnings in his career and how hard it was then. Champions have always delivered excellent speakers for our client corporate events, so I knew who to contact when we received a challenging brief.
Our client was running a seminar for veterinarian professionals to not only educate their audience, but to also offer something unique and non-technical but still relevant to the audience on a professional level with the aim of offering something 'different' to the delegates. With the event being held in Bordeaux we decided a celebrity chef would be a perfect choice and Champions suggested Rachel Allen.
