Irish singer, actress and television personality, Linda Nolan found fame in 1974 as a member of the girl group The Nolans. This group consisted of Linda and five of her sisters, Coleen, Bernie, Maureen, Denise and Anne. The group had seven UK top 20 hits, went on tour with Frank Sinatra and won the Tokyo Music Festival. The Nolan's were a huge success selling over 8 million albums and singles and receiving over twenty gold, silver and platinum discs. Linda was the third sister to play the role of Mrs Johnstone which earned the sisters a place in the Guinness World Records for the most siblings to play the same role in a musical.
Linda has been named Cabaret Club female Vocalist of the Year and had played the starring role of Maggie May in over one thousand performances at The Central Pier Theatre. Linda has been the face of many pantomimes from Cinderella and Snow White to Aladdin, Babes in the Woods and Jack & the Beanstalk. Linda is a widely recognised individual who is no stranger to being on the Television, having appeared in the likes of Celebrity Big Brother, Loose Women, GMTV, This Morning, Des O'Connor, Come Dine With Me and many more.
