Her journey before joining Champions included an impressive tenure as a sales negotiator for one of the largest local estate agents, where she honed her skills for over five years. This experience equipped Charlotte with the ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver exceptional client service. As the Head of Administration at Champions Speakers, Charlotte excels in orchestrating the best keynote speaker events. Her expertise is evident in the meticulous attention to detail she brings to every project. She and her dedicated team handle all the official departmental documentation, ensuring that each exclusive event runs seamlessly from inception to completion. Charlotte's role is critical in managing the fine details that contribute to the success of these events, from signing off contracts and sorting overseas visas for speakers to meticulously organising the busy schedule of our Director, Jack Hayes.
