Radio and television presenter Kate Edmondson has been working in the British media since her teens, sister of BBC Radio 1 and former CBBC TV presenter Matt Edmondson, Kate first appeared on our screens in a number of small cameo roles on CBBC shows such as the Legend of Dick and Dom and Hider in the House.

Developing her own career as a TV presenter Kate Edmondson was the face of Teen24 the BBC News Channel’s youth segment, following a nationwide search Edmondson was picked from thousands of applicants to present the Loaded Hour, a show sponsored by Loaded Magazine for the Freeview channel TMF.

Following the popularity of this show she went on to present a number of other programmes for both TMF and their sister channel MTV including TMF Live, TMF Kicks and Totally Boyband Live. She also worked as one of the radio and television presenters for Q! Hits, where she hosted one of their contemporary music roundups.

In more recent years Kate Edmondson has begun providing the BBC’s coverage of the National Lottery results, predominantly the Euro Millions and midweek draw. She continues to work as a kids TV presenter, currently hosting Who Let the Dogs Out and About for the CBBC Channel.
