Suzie Lavington is an interactive keynote speaker and trainer, delivering high-impact talks on confidence, wellbeing and productivity to diverse audiences within the corporate, educational and public sectors. Suzie is a member of The Art of Brilliance organisation, alongside owner Dr Andy Cope, and colleagues Hannah Knowles, Jonathan Peach, Martin Burder and Darrell Woodman. After graduating from the University of Bristol with a degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts in 2005, Suzie began working behind the scenes in the film industry. With her natural charisma and understanding of working on stage, Suzie quickly honed her interactive TED-Talk style. Suzie is best known for her work on confidence and public speaking, delivering her smart strategies at a range of events including the Schools & Academies Show at ExCel and West Sussex Primary School Leadership Conference in 2025.
