Beginning his career in the corporate retail landscape at WHSmith as a Project Manager. Jonathan achieved a DMS in Business Management from Kingston University before moving through various retail managerial roles at The Retail Practice, Oceans, Dixons Retail, and The Infinite Group, where he served as Client Services Director. He was then Director of Employment and Engagement at Retail Marketing. Since 2015, however, Jonathan has been a coach, trainer, and Director at Gobebrilliant, where he works to unlock people’s greatest potentials.
As the co-author of ‘Leadership: The Multiplier Effect’, Jonathan recognises the importance of effectively directing and encouraging confidence in individuals, teams, and corporations. Using a mix of coaching, training, NPL, and facilitation, Jonathan introduces audiences to the significance of creating safe spaces to speak up and how trust can easily transform group dynamics.
On a mission to rid people of their limiting beliefs and help people get out of their own way, Jonathan’s signature keynotes on psychological safety demystifies the concept and makes it easy for all audiences to understand.
