After studying a BS in Finance and a Doctor of Law, Greg’s first major role in his career saw him appointed as the Revenue Project Manager for Bank of America. Starting what would turn into a 13-year long career with the bank, Greg then went on to become the Revenue Group Manager, the Head of UK Card Finance, Business Finance Officer, SVP Director of Marketing and finally the CMO of Europe Card Services for Bank of America. After 13 successful years, in which he was responsible for everything from planning and forecasting to acquisition marketing, new product development and disclosure management, Greg then moved on to join the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Working as the Head of Credit Cards and Overdrafts for the Royal Bank of Scotland, Greg was responsible for integrated strategies, profit and loss across UK retail. After two years with the firm, Greg then went on to become the Chief Marketing Officer of the HomeServe Membership for HomeServe Plc. In this role, Greg oversaw everything from customer service to marketing and product activities, ultimately appointed as the CEO of HomeServe UK in 2017. Since then, Greg has also worked as an Executive Committee Member of HomeServe Plc, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Clarion Futures for Clarion Housing Group.
