Since then, Alison has presented several shows such as ITV’s 60 Minute Makeover, Get the Look For Less, and Channel 4’s Secret Removers. Since the launch of Alison at Home, Alison has also been a Presenter on QVC and HSN. Alison’s designs are made to elevate people’s homes in terms of their luxuriousness and aesthetic.
Founder of The National Women’s Enterprise Network, Alison champions female entrepreneurship. Her goal is to support women who wish to start their own entrepreneurial journeys by giving them the encouragement they need in addition to the lessons she has learned throughout her own illustrious career. Alison also launched National Women’s Enterprise Week in 2023, to recognise and celebrate female enterprises across the UK. For her contribution to female entrepreneurship, Alison was appointed MBE in the 2023 New Year’s Honours List.

She has written weekly columns for Daily Telegraph, London Evening Standard, Observer, Guardian and Times.
