Alex Gregory is known for his success as a rower, winning two Olympic Gold Medals, five world championships and setting seven Guinness World Records. He is now an expert coach, helping organisations develop and sustain high performing teams that not only meet but surpass their targets. He first competed for Team GB in the World Rowing Under 23 Championship in 2004 and was selected as a reserve for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. In 2009 he won a staggering two golds and a bronze to help Team GB win the World Cup Series and after a decade of adversity and setbacks, he realised his dream of becoming World Champion in the Coxless Four later that year. He claimed a second world title in the same event two years later before becoming Coxless four Olympic champion at London 2012. He was then awarded an MBE in the New Year’s Honours list. He became a World Champion in the Eight before returning to the four to win the World and European Championships the following year. He added a fifth world title in 2015 as he won in the Eight and claimed a silver medal at the European Championships in the same event. His success in 2015 saw him named ‘Olympic Athlete of the Year’ at the Team GB Rowing Awards. In 2016 he became a double Olympic Champion and won another European Championship. He has also tackled the open ocean, completing several dangerous endurance missions. In 2017 he was credited with seven Guinness World Records after completing an artic rowing expedition.

Away from rowing, he is a leading high performance and transformation coach.
