Professor Adrian Furnham is a world-renowned authority on organisational psychology and human behaviour. Adrian served as Professor of Psychology at University College London (UCL) for over 45 years and is currently a Professor of Management at the Norwegian Business School (BI). With a distinguished academic career and extensive experience as a consultant to blue-chip companies and governments, he is one of the most cited and prolific psychologists in the world.
He was educated at the London School of Economics, starting university at only 16. There he obtained his MSc and DSc degrees, and at Oxford University, where he completed his DPhil. Shortly after finishing university, he began lecturing at the University of Oxford, where he was cited as the most productive European Psychologist from the 1990’s.
