After West Ham, Redknapp moved to Portsmouth and guided Portsmouth to the Division One title in the 2002-03 season. He managed to help the club survive in their first season back in the Premier League before he resigned and moved to Southampton. Redknapp eventually moved back to Portsmouth in 2005 but after a few great years with the club, moved to Tottenham. His most recognisable stint as a manager was for Tottenham. He helped guide the club to the Champions League and was also named the Premier League Manager Of The Year.
