Tom Kerridge

The TV personality, restaurateur and Michelin-starred chef, Tom Kerridge is available to book as an after-dinner speaker for a whole variety of corporate events and functions with the Champions Speakers Agency. As the owner of the first pub to receive two Michelin stars, Tom his displayed his experimental and high-quality culinary skills to the nation and is now attending a multitude of events to deliver intimate educational speeches and incredible cooking demonstrations.

He began his career as the commis chef at the luxury hotel, Calcot Manor based in Gloucestershire, whilst also working for highly acclaimed TV chef Gary Rhodes. He moved to work in London at the iconic Odette restaurant before working briefly at Monsieur Max and running Michelin starred, Norfolk based restaurant Adlards. It was in 2005 that he came to the decision that he wanted to branch out on his own and set up his own restaurant.

Only a year after The Hand & Flowers was launched, it gained its first Michelin star. The gastropub serves up amazing aesthetically pleasing, unique yet delicious combinations of flavours all in the cosy setting of a traditional English pub. After a solid six years of developing the restaurant and gaining a high-profile reputation, it gained its second Michelin star in 2012.

Having gained high acclaim, Kerridge became in demand to make an appearance on various TV programmes including the Great British Menu, Saturday Kitchen and BBC’s Food and Drink. He has also gone onto present for the BBC in Tom Kerridge’s Proper Pub Food, Spring Kitchen with Tom Kerridge and Tom Kerridge: Lose Weight For Good. Tom has also launched his own catering business named LUSH and the Pub in the Park festival, which travels around the UK with the aim of celebrating Britain’s best food in the most relaxed settings.
