Born and raised in the Cotswolds, both Tom and Henry are fifth generation bakers, who took over the reigns of the family Hobbs House Bakery business, which was established in the 1920s. Elder brother Tom attended baking college before following in the family footsteps, whereas younger brother Henry studied at Westminster catering college and pursued butchery and cheffing. Now, operating in neighbouring venues, the two have joined forces as The Fabulous Baking Brothers to bring a fresh dynamic to the award winning family operation.

Starring in their own self titled series for Channel 4 and More 4, The Fabulous Baker Brothers was first commissioned in 2012, and due to popularity was later produced into a second series. The television show saw the down to earth and chewy brothers explore their sibling rivalry and help others in their foodie ventures. Since their television debut the duo’s popularity has soared, with their Youtube account reaching over 25 thousand subscribers and both being highly sought after to attend global events, such as judging the Golden Fork at the Great Taste Awards.
