An avid marketeer, Stephanie has forged her success as the Founder and CEO of Bloom – a leading marketing agency that helps high-growth scale-ups in the tech industry, whose work has been featured in both Forbes and Startups Magazine. Stephanie’s now illustrious career initially began as a Bilingual PA & Sales Coordinator for Bella Lanzarote Properties, a role in which she had to liaise with both English-speaking and Spanish officials. In 2011, Stephanie was appointed as the Sales & Marketing Account Manager of PFC, gaining the opportunity to work with esteemed retailers such as Hobbs, Monsoon and Vestiaire Collective. Developing her knowledge of marketing and branding, growing annual turnover and developing her accounts, Stephanie later accepted the role of Business Manager for Loveurope, a company ranked in the Top 50 UK Ad Agencies. In 2017, Stephanie took the leap as an entrepreneur, becoming the Founder and CEO of Bloom. With Bloom, Stephanie has secured great success, having worked with clients that have been listed in the UK’s Top 10 Startups. In addition to Bloom, Stephanie has also worked as a VC Scout for Ada Ventures, a company dedicated to funding talent breakthroughs, and has also been the Co-Founder of Amplenary, a leadership accelerator inspiring ambitious entrepreneurs. Aside from her commitments to Bloom, Stephanie is also the Host of the Strategy & Tragedy: CEO Stories with Steph Melodia podcast and Host of the Blooming CEOs podcast.
