Simon T Bailey is a renowned executive coach with a distinguished history in the hospitality industry. A pivotal member in the Walt Disney enterprise, Simon led the Disney Institute Inc Sales Team and built invaluable expertise in customer relationships, sales and business connections as the first African American Sales Director for Disney. He is also well known for being the former Sales Manager of Walt Disney Resort Sales and Sales Manager of the Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.
Before forging his highly successful reputation, Simon studied at the Morehouse College in Mass Communications and the Life Christian University in Theology. Upon his graduation from the Life Christian University, Simon also worked as a National Account Manager for the Orlando/ Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau.
