Nicole Bearne is a distinguished motorsports specialist, celebrated for her pivotal role in the Brawn Grand Prix and Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 teams. Her career highlights include winning nine Constructors' World Championships and eight Drivers’ titles, showcasing her expertise and dedication to the sport. In the wake of Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport’s acquisition of the team, Nicole became a key part of the leadership that secured eight Constructors’ championships. As the Head of Internal Communications for the Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 team, she supported a workforce of nearly 1,500 people across two advanced technology campuses in the UK. Nicole holds a master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour and the CIPR’s Internal Communications Diploma. Additionally, she speaks fluent Russian, having spent several years working in the former Soviet Union, further showcasing her diverse skill set and global experience.
