Nicole Bearne is a renowned motorsports specialist, best known for becoming a leading member of the Brawn Grand Prix and Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 team. Beginning her F1 career in the late 1990s, Nicole was selected to become a founding member of the British American Racing team. Having assisted in establishing the team from scratch, she worked her way up to become the Executive Assistant to the Team Principal following their transition to being owned by Honda. Between 2007 and 2013, Nicole worked alongside Team Principal Ross Brawn and gained the opportunity to be at the centre of the Brawn Grand Prix Story, which has now been portrayed in the award-winning 2023 film documentary ‘Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story’.

Following Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport’s acquisition of the team, Nicole became part of the leadership team that helped secure eight Constructor’s championships. As the Head of Internal Communications for the Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 team, she supported a combined workforce of nearly 1,500 people based at two world-class technology campuses in the UK, the team designs, develops, manufactures and Hybrid Power Units driven by seven-time world champion Sir Lewis Hamilton and team-mate George Russell.
