Mike Sarraille

Mike Sarraille is the founding CEO of Talent War Group and CEO of ATTA, as well as a best-selling author and podcast host. Mike is also a former Recon Marine and Scout Sniper and a retired Navy Seal Officer. Available to hire as a speaker Mike is great for any business with his engaging and inspiring style. After leaving school Mike enlisted in the Marine Corps, becoming a Marine Sniper and also serving as a Scout Sniper. He then trained to become a Marine Officer after being selected for the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program. He completed a degree in Business Administration at Texas A&M University before transferring to the Navy to try out for the Seals. He completed Basic Underwater Demolition/Seal (BUDS) Training and joined Seal Team Three. He went on to lead major combat operations in the Battle of Ramadi and the Battle of Sadr City. Mike then committed his career to training the next generation of Seals.  He prepared officers to lead combat operations across the world as SEAL Junior Officer Training Course (JOTC) Director at BUDS. After an assessment, he was selected to join the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, which is part of the elite Joint Special Operations Command and aimed at supporting counter-terrorism operations around the world. Mike is a recipient of the Purple Heart, a Silver Star, six Bronze Stars for Valour and two Defence Meritorious Service Medals.

He is now the founding CEO of Talent War Group, an organisation that creates sustainable leadership programs within companies and sources executive talent to help businesses move forward and meet their goals. He is also the CEO of ATTA, a leadership company that advocates for physical, mental, and spiritual fitness as part of a balanced life of high performance. He is the author of The Talent War: How Special Operations and Great Organizations Win on Talent and writes regularly for Men’s Journal. He also hosts the Truth + Tribe Podcast and is an ambassador for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
