Jack continued following in his father’s footsteps to be appointed a Sous Chef at Rick Stein’s Café. From La Régalade in Paris to Tetsuya’s in Sydney, he has worked in restaurants across the world, contributing to his diverse culinary expertise.
Now the owner of a cookery course at the 'Rick Stein’s Cookery School' and television sensation on ‘Wine, Dine and Stein’, ‘Jack Stein: Born to Cook’ and ‘Jack Stein Down Under’, Jack is an instantly recognisable addition to events. His recent features on ITV's prime time cooking show, 'Cooking With The Stars' sponsored by M&S, and Channel 4's 'Packed Lunch' hosted by Steph McGovern is a testament to his relevancy and popularity.
A testament to his expertise, Jack published the cooking book, ‘World a Plate’, in 2018; the recipes of which he demonstrates at events. He fascinates audiences with his stories of travelling the world and exploring different cultures through his food.
