From humble beginnings, Becky has created a seafood empire. She grew up surrounded by fish, as she lived on her parent's Fish Farm in Kent for a large period of her life. Her family holidays consisted of deep-sea fishing trips in Kenya. Becky is no stranger to preparing fish, having caught and cooked seafood with her family as a child. Though she started working for the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry, it wasn't long before Becky returned to the kitchen as a professional chef.

From Waitrose to The Good Food Show, she has worked with some of the biggest brands in the culinary industry, performing demonstrations and recipe developments to captivated audiences.
As a private chef, she has helped families, corporate clients and event planners alike to produce menus, party plan and overcome dining dilemmas.
