After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication in 2003, Giuseppe resumed his education and went on to earn a master’s degree in Marketing and Communication and a PhD in Marketing and Economics from the International University of Language and Media. He began his professional marketing career as the Founding Partner of Mai Tai an advertising agency. He then became Partner and Head of Retail at H-Art, followed by the role of General Manager of the IULM Innovation Lab. In 2018, Giuseppe became Chief Executive Officer of Wunderman Thompson Italy, a company which provided a combination of creative, consulting, and technological services.
In addition to his vast industry experience, Giuseppe is also a distinguished academic having held the role of Adjunct Professor with IULM University since 2008. He has taught at several prestigious institutions including Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, POLIMI Graduate School of Management and UCL School of Management. Furthermore, Giuseppe has Co-Authored two books with the marketing legend, Philip Kotler including Retail 4.0: 10 Guiding Principles for the Digital Age and Onlife Fashion: 10 rules for the future of high-end Fashion. The former was translated into seven different languages and has sold over 40,000 copies worldwide.
