Cristiana Pace is the Founder and CEO of Enovation Consulting, a company which specialises in helping its clients achieve their short and long-term sustainability goals by giving them data-driven sustainability solutions. Cristiana has now been a leader and innovation in motorsport for over two decades, becoming the first woman to work trackside alongside Formula 1’s FIA. Using her world-leading knowledge in motorsports, Cristiana has become a highly sought-after speaker who can advise companies on their strategy so they can achieve their sustainability goals, as well as share her experience as a female engineer in motorsport.
Cristiana completed her degree in Engineering at Bologna University and then went on to gain her MSc in Motorsport and Management Engineering from Cranfield University. After a hiatus from education, Cristiana then completed her PhD in Sustainability, Business and Strategic Management from Coventry University. Cristiana previously held roles within EM Motorsport as a Senior Support Engineer and Data Analyst, and then as the Head of Sales and Business Development. Her first role within Formula 1 was with the FIA as a Research Consultant before then being promoted to Senior Consultant. In 2019, Cristiana then became a member of the FIA’s Environmental and Sustainability Commission. Throughout her tenure with the FIA, Cristiana was a key figure making key contributions to their safety legacy and was consulting for the FIA Institute for Safety and Sustainability in Motorsport.
Since Founding Enovation Consulting in 2018, Cristiana has helped countless companies achieve their sustainability goals by giving them actionable solutions. A small selection of her clients includes Williams Racing, Haas, and Alpha Tauri Formula 1 teams, as well as AS Roma, Motorsport UK and Silverstone Circuit. She thinks outside of the box to ensure innovative and effective solutions for her clients, no matter their goals. She is also a member of the Motorsport UK Sustainability Committee, a Board Member of BASIS and a Chair of the Sustainability Working Group of eSC.
Wanting to encourage more diversity within motorsport, Cristiana has also worked closely with Susie Wolff’s Dare to Be Different initiative, and is an ambassador for the FIA Girls on Track. Cristiana also worked with The Princess Grace of Monaco Foundation to help create the Grace Influential Positive Impact Award. In recognition of her incredible career in motorsport, Cristiana was also named one of the Top 50 Engineering Heroes by the Women in Engineering Society.
