Having graduated with a B. Com in Marketing from the University of Wollongong, Chelsea’s decorated career began working as a Hospital Product Specialist on Gastroenterology for Janssen. Having spent two years with Janssen, Chelsea moved on to become a Product Specialist on Ethicon Endo-Surgery for Johnson & Johnson, before being promoted to Senior Product Specialist and Ethicon Mentor in 2014. Leaving Johnson & Johnson in 2014, Chelsea became the General Manager of The Breast Clinic, before experiencing a life adversity. On the road to recovery, Chelsea was inspired to retrain, prioritising her mental health and founding EQ Minds in 2016. In 2019, Chelsea returned to education, set to graduate in 2024 with a degree in Psychology from the University of Adelaide.
Committed to her work with EQ Minds, Chelsea has most recently become the author of the bestselling book The Mindful High Performer. Also an accredited mindfulness and meditation coach, Chelsea works with large corporate clients to help them implement practical approaches to resetting wellbeing and maximising potential in their professional and personal life. In addition to her commitments to EQ Minds, Chelsea also shares her time with being an Ambassador for R U OK? and the Gidget Foundation Australia, two leading mental health awareness charities.
