Bruce Daisley's official speaking topics are listed below:
The Last Business Advantage in the Age of AI? Workplace Culture:
While leaders plan for AI to level the playing field of productivity and efficiency, the real competitive advantage might lie somewhere else - with workplace culture. With Microsoft describing the future of work as having 'intelligence on tap', business is quickly going to find that it's not just the quality of their thinking that sets them apart - it's the human layer that lies on top of it. Bruce explains how we should think about culture, how we should build it, and how to create a genuinely differentiated culture.
Squad Goals - How to Build, Lead, and Inspire a Winning Team:
Many leaders find themselves whispering an embarrassing feeling: that their team doesn't feel as energised as it used to be. In this session, Bruce breaks down the core reasons for teams to feel bonded and gives leaders clear steps to create their own high-performance teams. Drawing lessons from sport, psychology, and business, it shows how leaders can shape culture, foster connection, and unlock performance - whether you're leading five, fifty, or five thousand.
Should We Be Optimistic About the Future of Work?:
With a lot of discussion about robots taking over, we might wonder if the outlook for humans is bleak. In this entertaining presentation, Bruce gives reason to be cheerful - we might be heading to our best time ever.
Finding Fortitude - How to Dial Up Team Resilience in Tough Times:
Wanting the people around us to be more resilient is natural - whether our teammates, family, or friends. But sometimes, expecting individuals to be resilient is a hard challenge; we don't know what actions we're meant to take to unlock this inner strength. In this presentation, drawing on lessons from his bestselling book, Fortitude, described by the Financial Times as 'the best business book of the year', Bruce unpacks resilience and explains how any of us can bounce back better.

- Weaving in the thread around 'work best friend' brought some good fun and easy small talk openers for people in the room on the night."
