That same year, she achieved her M.Ost in Osteopathic Medicine/Osteopathy from Health Sciences University and later trained at the prestigious British School of Osteopathy, expanding her academic understanding of what caused symptoms and how to prevent them. In 2016, Anji developed an innovative yoga-based programme for back pain patients, known as the "Yoga for BackCare" training module, for the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY). Since then, it has been implemented in her clinics in London and online. In 2017, Anji shared her expertise further, becoming a teacher and trainer for Triyoga UK. Anji is the founder of the BackCare Foundation, a leading charity offering education, information, and support to the public and professionals around back care. They also fund research into the causes, prevention and management of spinal issues.
