Aisha Hanif is an inspiring new keynote speaker and the Founder of The Unconventional Group Ltd. With a background in motorsport engineering and entrepreneurship, Aisha supports individuals in building careers without limits. Her experience extends across motorsport and includes the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. During her talks, Aisha draws on her own journey to inspire individuals and organisations to rethink what success looks like, making her an outstanding addition to conferences, leadership events and corporate programmes.
After graduating with a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester, she pursued an MSc in Advanced Motorsport Engineering from Cranfield University. Following this, she became one of only five engineers to work directly on ECU software for all Formula One cars globally. She later pivoted into project management and led end-to-end vehicle programmes at Ginetta Cars and Formula One car projects with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. Aisha also contributed her engineering expertise to the production and filming of Channel 4's 'Pile Up: World's Largest Crash Test'. Using her unconventional story as an inspiring example, Aisha empowers others to pursue their goals with confidence, resilience and authenticity.
