Susie Wolff, a globally renowned former racing driver, defied gender stereotypes in order to pursue her dream career in motorsports. A champion, a history-maker and an ambassador, Susie has enjoyed over 25 years in the sport and remained one of the most prominent female figures involved, marked by her appointment as Managing Director of F1 Academy. Championing the next generation of female drivers, Susie is continuing to pave the way for gender equality in a fairly male-dominated sport.
Starting out in the industry, Susie got her passion for motorsports at a young age when she began karting, which led to a number of impressive wins, including being named British Woman Kart Driver of the Year in 1996. Making her professional debut in the Formula Renault league, Susie succeeded in gaining three podium finishing positions and was nominated for the prestigious Young Driver of the Year Award, a testament to her dedication. Between 2001 and 2006, Susie worked her way through the ranks of competitive motorsports, transitioning to Formula Three, and building her reputation as a formidable driver.
Susie became the first woman to compete in a Formula One event in 22 years, at the British Grand Prix in 2014. Undeterred by the lack of female participation in motorsports, Susie persevered with her career and competed for Mercedes Benz in DTM, was a development driver for the Williams Formula One team and drove at the Spanish, German and British Grand Prixes. She has served as an F1 Analyst at Channel 4 and an F1 Test Driver for Williams Racing, the multiple championship winning teams.
Since retiring from professional driving in 2015, Susie has utilised her platform to become a role model for other women in motorsports. Having acted as an ambassador for Mercedes and as the former Team Principal for Venturi Formula E Team, she continues to prove there are no limits to her versatile motorsports career. Additionally, Susie launched the Dare to be Different initiative in 2016, which aims to encourage females to succeed in typically male-dominated industries, a topic which she covers as an international keynote speaker. The initiative has now been merged with the FIA Girls on Track Programme. In 2022, Susie announced that she would be stepping down as the Team Principal of Venturi Formula E, as the team begins a new chapter with Maserati. In March 2023, Susie was appointed as the Managing Director of the F1 Academy, the newly launched all-female racing series.
At speaking events, Susie shares an insight into her impressive career, as well as being able to inspire others to encourage diversity in all industries and strive to achieve their dreams. Having travelled across the world acting as a role model to women, sharing her story of conquering the male-dominated world of elite sports as a woman. In 2024, she was invited as a panellist at Google's Women@EMEA event and has graced several other stages as a keynote speaker. She has also been invited to speak on several high-performance podcasts such as Performance People along with her husband Toto Wolff. If you are looking for a seasoned keynote speaker with a passion for female empowerment, Susie Wolff is one of the best speakers to hire.
Most recently, Susie Wolff was inducted into the Best International Women's Day Speakers to Hire, a testament to her inspirational racing career.

Susie has built a strong reputation as someone with vision, diligence, and technical knowledge and I am thrilled I had the chance to experience seeing Susie implement these skills outside the racetrack. I thought the combination worked really well having them both together, and would recommend that to your other clients. I received many remarks from event attendees around how ‘on message’ they both were on the themes of leadership and culture, which was a big focus of our event this year.
