Adriana Brownlee

Adriana Brownlee is a woman with a passion for adventure, who is on a mission to complete the 14 8000m mountains by the time she is just 23 years old. So far, Adriana has accomplished reaching the summit of ten out of the 14 peaks, and is showing no signs of stopping! The current Guinness World Record holder for being the youngest woman to climb the World’s second highest peak K2, Adriana is committed to becoming the youngest person to complete all 14 8000m peaks. Having shown immense mental and physical resilience, perseverance and determination during her feats as a mountaineer, Adriana is now highly sought after as a motivational speaker for a range of corporate and public events.

A longstanding passion, adventure has always been at the heart of Adriana’s life. When she was just nine years old, she completed the National Three Peaks Challenge alongside her father in just 22 hours. Since then, she has completed countless summits of the world’s biggest mountains, demonstrating great resilience and determination to reach the top of such grand mountains. Dreaming of climbing Mount Everest since she was eight years old, that dream became a reality when she summitted Mount Everest in 2021. Having also summitted Mount Manaslu and Mount Dhaulagiri in 2021, Adriana embarked on the challenge of summitting K2 in 2022, achieving her Guinness World Record when she summitted on the 28th of July 2022.

Aside from her feats as a mountaineer, Adriana is the Director of AGA Adventures, an avid Ambassador of the British Inspiration Trust and a Fundraising Volunteer for the Friends of Himalayan Children Foundation. Now a motivational speaker, Adriana shares tales from her summits of the world’s highest peaks, along with her passions as a wellbeing advocate.
