Welsh comedian, actor, voiceover artist and regular panel show host and contestant, Rob Brydon has been in the limelight for over 25 years and has enjoyed a successful film, TV and radio career. Rob first made his name as a radio presenter on Radio Wales’ late-night show Rave. In 1993, he starred in the children’s series The Legends Of Treasure Island which aired on CITV for ITV. He also featured in a range of films in the early 1990’s, including The Healer, Lord Of Misrule and First Knight.

Rob is best known for playing the role of Bryn West in Gavin & Stacey from 2007 to 2010, which also starred Ruth Jones, James Corden and Matthew Horne. Over the course of his career, he has been nominated for 12 awards, winning three, including British Comedy Awards Best TV Comedy Actor for his role in Human Remains, Best Comedy Newcomer for his performance in Marion & Geoff and Royal Television Society UK’s Network Newcomer – On-Screen, also for Marion & Geoff.

Throughout his career, Rob has landed progressively more substantial roles, leading to the internationally-recognised, household name he is today. He regularly appears on panel shows such as QI, The Big Fat Quiz of The Year and Have I Got News For You, whilst he has hosted Would I Lie To You? since 2009 and The Rob Brydon Show between 2010 and 2012.
