These formative experiences shaped her systems-thinking approach and ignited her passion for embedding environmental and social responsibility within business models.
Over the past decade, Zoe has made significant strides in the sustainability space. She progressed from Senior Sustainability Advisor to Principal Sustainability Strategist, then to Associate Director, before being appointed Managing Director – UK/EU at Forum for the Future in 2023. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading global organisations such as Unilever, Levi Strauss, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Kingfisher, and major NGOs and foundations, including the World YMCA and the C&A Foundation. A respected thought leader, Zoe has shared her expertise at global events like Green Biz and UN conferences, and has lectured at Harvard University and LSE.
