She joined as the Senior Director of Global Environment for Adidas in 2015, where she developed and integrated the global environment strategy, reduced manufacturing energy by 23%, reduced landfill diversion by 90% and introduced the concept of reducing carbon by 30% by 2030. Now, Tracy is the Elected Fashion Chair of the Charter Steering Committee for the UNFCCC and the Head of Global Sustainability for ISS A/S.
