Having adopted a unique path, Tracy began working on charter yachts in Greece at the nascent age of 17. Throughout her career Tracy has honed her expertise in fostering team building, having put together countless successful teams, each of which has won numerous accolades, including the prestigious Jules Verne Trophy. The book “Maiden” tells Tracy’s inspiring story.
Appointed MBE in 1990, Tracy won the Sportswoman of the Year award as well as the Sports Team of the Year award in that same year. A well-known figure with a considerable platform, Tracy has worked as a Project Manager for Child Exploitation and Online Protection’s International Youth Advisory Conference for two years and has also worked with the UN in the creation of the 2009 Resolution to the UNCRC. Interested in achieving her qualification, Tracy obtained a degree in Psychology from Roehampton University.
