Since retiring from professional football, Tony has worked with some of the biggest broadcasters, covering all major European leagues, Cup Competitions and tournaments such as Copa America and the Asian Cup. He has been a TV Pundit for ITV Digital, Radio Commentator for Absolute Radio, and Co-Commentator at Input Media. In 2011 Tony served as a TV Pundit & Commentator for ESPN, and currently is a Commentator & Pundit for DAZN, BT Sport and IMG.

Tony is also a dedicated Club Ambassador for Leeds United FC, a team that was a prominent part of his career.
