Steve Judge is a multi-award-winning motivational speaker, a two-time world champion paratriathlete, and the author of ‘Don’t Lean on Your Excuses’ and ‘GOLD’. As a self-labelled ‘Achievement Catalyst’, Steve leads coaching sessions, helping to inspire people through his transformational anecdotes and turn their dreams into actionable plans for success.
In 2002, at just 28, Steve was told he may never walk again after a near-fatal car accident left doctors scrambling to save both his life and his leg. From terrible lows, the excruciating pain of rehabilitation, and having to physically grow his leg back, Steve not only learnt to walk again, but run, swim, and cycle. Following his life-altering accident, Steve was a health and safety manager for nearly 10 years. During this time, he won gold for Team GB at the 2011 China Paratriathlon and the 2012 New Zealand Paratriathlon, a true show of his determination and resilience to achieve despite the odds. Since 2014, he has been a Transformational Coach and Professional Speaker, delivering keynote speeches and goal-setting workshops for i.Nspire. In 2020, Steve served as the Yorkshire President for the Professional Speaking Association, where he trained professional speakers on improving their speaking.
Through his empowering keynote speaking, drawing from his emotional journey from wheelchair to world champion, Steve has won various awards, including the Global Business Awards Motivational Speaker of the Year and the Professional Speaking Association’s ‘Regional Speaker of the Year’ three times.
