Today, Sizakele is the author of "Creativity is a Currency that Matters" & "Winning Strategy Simplified".
Having been the CEO of Grey, where she was instrumental in actioning changes across human resources, strategies, and recruitment processes, Sizakele is proficient at driving business success. Through her work at Marutlulle & Co, she guides businesses on how they can drive profit through inclusive practices, creativity and human-centric creativism. Keen on championing women in business, Sizakele participates in several initiatives that position women for opportunities for business growth and success. She coined the term ‘Fentrepreneur’, used to describe female entrepreneurs whose skills, resilience and experience are unmatched.
