Robin Lane Fox has been a Gardening Columnist for Financial Times since 1970. A revered historian, Robin has written numerous books over his illustrious career. Most recently, he published “Homer and His Iliad”, a work that closely looks at Homer’s Iliad, the famous epic poem that has mesmerised countless people around the world. Now, Robin is available to hire as a keynote speaker, where he speaks on his career as an author, historian and writer, sharing invaluable lessons about education, gardening and the classics.
Educated at Eton College, Robin has been a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and was also elected Fellow of New College, Oxford in 1977. His first book “Alexander the Great” won numerous accolades including the Duff Cooper Prize and the James Tait Black Memorial Prize.
