Robert Kiyosaki is an entrepreneur, speaker, financial educator and author, best known for his bestselling book ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’. Selling over forty million copies globally and being translated into over fifty languages, Robert’s books have built him a large following. Praised for his clear-cut philosophy on how to build wealth, Robert believes passive income streams are the true answer to financial freedom. As a global speaker, Robert is eager to share his insights and help educate audiences, making him the perfect person for businesses and corporate events.
Robert graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 1969, leaving with a bachelor’s degree in science. From there, Robert followed a military pathway, eventually acting as a helicopter gunship pilot during the Vietnam War. After his return, Robert started his first business, Rippers, a Velcro wallet product. Shortly after, Robert would work as a sales associate for Xerox and soon become a motivational speaker on Erhard Seminars Training techniques called Money and You. Taking on board what he had learned as well having first hand experience of building his own wealth, Robert published his first book ‘If You Want to Be Rich and Happy, Don't Go to School?’ in 1993, which encouraged readers to consider real estate rather than just relying on traditional education.
As Robert deepened his understanding, he joined forces with business partner Kim Kiyosaki in 1996 to found The Rich Dad company, a financial education company dedicated to teaching financial literacy. Robert also founded CashFlow Games, using the game format to help demystify financial information. Today there are over 1600 independent CashFlow Clubs that enjoy the game. As well as hosting free and paid seminars, Robert expands on his financial advice further by writing the Why the Rich Get Richer column for Yahoo Finance and the Rich Returns column for Entrepreneur Magazine. Robert also hosts his podcast, The Rich Dad Radio Show, giving listeners the most up to date economic trends and advice from expert guests.
Robert continues to impart his wisdom through writing books, most recently releasing, ‘Fake Money, Fake Teachers, Fake Assets’ and 'Capitalist Manifesto: How Entrepreneurs Can Save Capitalism’. Over his career Roberts has authored more than twenty-six books, with three making the top 10 seller lists simultaneously. His bestseller ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’’ is the longest running bestseller in The New York Times, Business Week, USA Today and The Wall Street Journal, and it's success also seen Robert inducted into Amazon's Hall of Fame as one of their top twenty-five authors. Robert also co-wrote two books with Donald Trump prior to his presidency, sharing even more financial advice alongside the business tycoon. For his services, Robert received the Excellence in Education Award in 2005 by PBS, a true reflection of his commitment helping his audience.
Robert regularly travels around the word sharing his financial advice to businesses and industry leaders, with an impressive catalogue of speaking events including the National Achievers Congress in London. Second Chance: For Your Money, Your Life and Our World
Few would argue with the fact that, on many fronts, we are a world in crisis. And there are two sides to every crisis, be it a leadership crisis, an economic crisis, an education crisis or a moral crisis. The two side to crisis are danger and opportunity. Robert Kiyosaki’s book, Second Chance…for Your Money and Your Life, uses the lessons from the past and a brutal assessment of the present to prepare readers to see - and seize - the future. If readers can train their minds to see what their eyes cannot, in a world that is becoming increasingly more ‘invisible’ and moving at a high rate of speed, they can have a second chance at creating the life they’ve always wanted.
Rich Dad Poor Dad
Modelled after his award-winning book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Robert delivers a keynote speech that will help reshape the way you think about what you do with your money. You will be able to evaluate your own thoughts and habits surrounding money, and determine what you will need to do differently to accumulate wealth. Robert helps audiences understand that rich people are rich because they buy assets that produce income. Poor people are poor because they accumulate liabilities and expenses. In order to become wealthy, you must spend money to accumulate income producing assets such as real estate, businesses, stocks and bonds.
