
Racheal Adeosun is a clinical pharmacist in Oncology and Haematology, having built a career dedicated to championing health, inclusion, and social justice. As a motivational speaker, Racheal draws from her own story of resilience and driven passion for improving representation across a variety of sectors. She is currently a Volunteer Constituency Assistant for Marie Tibnall MP as well as Co-Opted Vice-Secretary and Executive Committee Member for the Fabian Women’s Network.
With an MPharm from Kingston University, Racheal began her career with Pharmacist Careers, initially working her way from a Pre-registration Pharmacist at Pillbox Chemists to a Pharmacy Assistant at Spire Manchester Private Hospital. She served as a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist for Mental Health at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and continues in this role as a Locum Community Pharmacist. She then completed her MSc in Translational Health Sciences at the University of Oxford. Following this, she sat as a board member for Healthwatch Liverpool. Racheal then undertook a Parliamentary Shadowing Placement in the Offices of Allison Gardner MP and Tonia Antoniazzi MP.
As an advocate for health equity and female leadership, Racheal has committed herself to various political and public engagements. She is a Jo Cox Women in Leadership Alumna, a Member of the Liverpool Riverside South CLP, and a former Volunteer for the Liverpool Homeless Outreach. She authored an article on NHS International Recruitment, serving as a contributing writer for the Oxford Diplomatic Dispatch.
Through her drive for equity, sustainability, and positive impacts in public life, Racheal is at the intersection of health justice and social improvement. With an entrepreneurial, innovative spirit, Racheal is consistently looking to improve access to healthcare. Looking to connect with young people, women, and marginalised communities, she is determined to raise awareness and increase the representation of such through her discussions of belonging, hope, and relating science to society.
