Naomi Schiff

Naomi Schiff is a leading racing driver and tv presenter, recently appointed as the Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador for W Series, a pioneering championship aimed at empowering women to race in the upper echelons of motorsport. Having competed and won in a variety of motorsports, including single-seaters, prototypes and production cars, Naomi has demonstrated incredible resilience in a male-dominated sport. Truly inspirational, she is now booked for speaking engagements, where she shares anecdotes of her racing career, and discusses topics such as peak performance, mental resilience and diversity and inclusion.

From an early age, Naomi was fascinated with racing, and began racing karts at 11. Her passion for racing turned into a career choice, and before long, she was racing GT cars at international championships. In 2014, she won the Clio Cup China Series and went on to win another seven out of ten races. Displaying extraordinary talent and an impressive record, Naomi was selected to join a German racing team who offered her a five-year contract. She went on to race the KTM XBOW GT in the GT4 European Series, 24H Series and Xbow battle. In an impressive feat of perseverance, Naomi won the 2018 KTM XBOW battle Sprint championship and completed the endurance championship.

Her next challenge was the 24 Hours Nürburgring, which is considered one of the most gruelling races in the world. Yet despite the difficulty of the race, Naomi rose to the challenge and finished in a respectable second class. In 2019, she competed in the inaugural W Series championship before being invited to become an ambassador and presenter for the distinguished series in the following year. In acknowledgement of her illustrious racing career, Naomi was invited to present the 2022 Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team car launch alongside Natalie Pinkham. During the same year, she joined Sky Sports F1 as co-presenter of Any Driven Monday and Sky Sports F1 team as an analyst.

Having held a remarkable racing career, Naomi has established herself as a role model for the next generation of aspiring female racers. Paving the way for future talent, she has demonstrated her ability to succeed in a male-dominated field and is now a prominent advocate for diversity and inclusion in motorsports.
