Dr. Lynda Gratton

Founder of Hot Spots Movement and Professor of Management Practice at London Business School, Dr. Lynda Gratton directs what is considered “the world's leading programme on human resources”. As a leading business women, award-winning author and keynote speaker, Lynda has became a highly respected individual in her field and is often asked to present at a number of events, corporate conferences and organisational functions. Voted the Most Influential Strategic Thinker, Lynda has an incredibly impressive resume having led the Future of Work Research Consortium for over seven years, which has brought together executives from more than 100 companies.

Using her extensive knowledge and expertise, Lynda has written about the interface between people and organisations in her incredibly popular books. She has written eight books in total that cover topics that range from the link between business and HR strategy to the impact of a changing world on employment and work. A number of her books have been recognised for awards, with The Shift receiving the Business Book of the Year Award in 2012, and The Key which won the CMI Management Book of the Year award in 2015.

Known for her passionate and engaging speaking style, Lydna draws on the latest cutting-edge research in order to inspire her audience. Having spoken at a variety of organisations, conferences and events throughout her career, most notably organisations such as RSA, Microsoft and the World Economic Forum, Lynda typically focuses on leadership, corporate resilience, the hundred year life, collaboration and the future of work. Lynda has also spoken at the prestigious TEDx, which as many know, only the best speakers in the world attend at this organisation.

During one of her TED talks, Lynda discussed how to be ready for the future and now in the business world. An award-winning individual, Lynda won the Tata prize in India, was named the annual Fellow of NAHR and won the CCL prize in the US, as well as winning the HR prize in Australia. Lynda is an internationally recognised talent, proving that her expertise and wisdom is highly regarded globally. Furthermore, Lynda is Fellow of the World Economic Forum and has chaired the WEF Council of Leadership, as well as serving as a judge on the FT Business Book of the Year panel. More recently, Lynda became an Advisor for @GoogleOrg’s initiative which helps people to prepare for the changing nature of work.
