Dr. Lynda Gratton is the Professor of Management Practice at London Business School, directing what is considered “the world's leading programme on human resources”. As a leading businesswoman, award-winning author and keynote speaker, Lynda has become a highly respected individual in her field and is often asked to present at a number of events, corporate conferences and organisational functions. Inducted in the Thinkers50 Management Hall of Fame alongside personalities such as Haiyan Wang in 2024, Lynda has an incredibly impressive resume. Furthermore, Lynda is Fellow of the World Economic Forum and has chaired the WEF Council of Leadership, as well as serving as a judge on the FT Business Book of the Year panel. More recently, Lynda became an Advisor for @GoogleOrg’s initiative which helps people to prepare for the changing nature of work.
