Laura Adlington is Co-host of the Go Love Yourself Podcast and finalist of the 2020 Great British Bake Off, who won the nation over with her positivity and remarkable sense of humour. Her skill as a content creator can be seen on her website where she shares amazing baking recipes and fashion tips for plus size fashion. Having struggled with anxiety and low self-esteem as a result of her body image, Laura is set on spreading positivity and empowering others to embrace their bodies. Through her Podcast Go Love Yourself, which rose to the Top 20 Chart on Apple within two weeks of its launch, Laura and her co-host interview a guest each week about topics ranging from fashion to mental health. Listeners can expect to hear from distinguished guests such as comedian Sofie Hagan, who shared her emotional story of being body shamed.
