Back in 1995, John’s career as a Professional Basketball Player in the National Basketball Association began, making headlines as the first British player to have a career in the NBA. Having played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Orlando Magic, Utah Jazz and Houston Rockets, John solidified his reputation as a talented basketball player, before moving into his career as a consultant when he became the Owner of Amaechi Performance Systems Ltd in 2002. Since then, John has forged a successful career as a strategic business consultant, having founded APS Intelligence in 2007, focusing on the biggest challenges that impact organisational performance. As a passionate organisational psychologist, John has become a Contributing Writer for The British Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health.
