He then earned his PhD in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma before serving as an Organisational Development Consultant at Integris Health. Following a short stint at Dobson Communications as a Director of Training and Development, Jason held the role of Senior Organisational Development Consultant at AT&T. After four years, he had progressed to Director of Executive Development at AT&T.
