Following education of a BA in Psychology from Middlebury College and an MS and PhD in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology from Colorado State University, Tasha began forging her reputation as an illustrious organisational psychologist as an Adjunct Professor in the Management and Psychology departments of Colorado State University. Over the course of four years, Tasha spearheaded learning in organisational psychology and organisational behaviour, alongside independent consultancy. Going on to work as an Organisational Development Consultant and as the Manager of Learning and Organisational Development for CH2M HILL, Tasha set up The Eurich Group in 2011, and has since delivered outstanding consultancy on organisational behaviour and human development.
