In 1998, Jane entered her career in customer service when she began working as Cabin Crew for British Airways. With previous roles at hairdressers and restaurants, customer service became second nature to Jane, and she had some of her best life experiences when flying around the world. Passionate about delivering customer service, Jane’s journey as a cabin crew was cut short when she was unfortunately diagnosed with MS. After leaving her work as a cabin crew, Jane committed her time to helping people receive refunds after experiencing poor customer service.
