Inci Mehmet is a former professional golfer and current Presenter, Commentator, Analyst and Pundit for Sky Sports Golf. Drawing from her incredible career, Inci uses her impressive knowledge and experience in professional sports to deliver enthusiastic and engaging keynote speeches to a range of audiences.
Having been introduced to golf at age 4, Inci was awarded a scholarship to the Wentworth Club, where she would go on to become the club’s youngest-ever ladies' champion at 15. Throughout her amateur career, Inci represented England at competitions, starting with the Elite England Golf Girls squad before progressing to the Women’s squad. She transitioned to professional golf in 2016 and became the highest-ranked British player of the year. She earned her full status on the Ladies European Tour the following year, making her debut at the Estrella Damm Mediterranean Ladies Open. After joining Sky Sports as a Golf Pundit in 2019, she participated in the Rose Ladies series in 2020 alongside her broadcasting duties. Inci later turned to broadcasting full-time, further expanding her role at Sky Sports.
Branching out into the business world, Inci recently became Co-Founder of GIMME, a marketplace for second-hand golf gear. She is also an ambassador for Adidas EU, Callaway Golf and Puma. Inci is a passionate advocate for improving accessibility and inclusivity in golf, speaking in interviews about her views on dress codes and the affordability of golf. She has also contributed towards a DP World short film on the impact of female role models inspiring the next generation of young golfers.
A passionate and inspiring speaker, Inci shares insights into life as a professional sportsperson and working within the fast-paced media industry.
