Di Dougherty

Di Dougherty is widely known for her work within the sport of Golf. A recognisable golf presenter and host, Di has also played the sport for amateur teams and appeared in adverts for golf products. With vast experience as a host and presenter under her belt, Di is now also booked as an event host and MC for corporate events, hired for her expert knowledge of golf and her personable qualities as a presenter and host.

Best known for her television career, Di has worked for over a decade in the entertainment industry presenting Golf Nights on Sky Sports and co-presenting Game Changers. As a leading sports presenter, Di has covered some of the most prestigious golfing events from Major Championships to PGA and European Tours. She has also been fortunate to present both opening and closing ceremonies at the 2014 Ryder Cup and co-host the Morning Drive breakfast show as a freelance reporter for the Golf Channel. She has also been the host of the QBE Autumn Rugby Internationals, the co-presenter of the Seve Ballesteros Dinner and host of the European Tour Dinners.

Outside of presenting television, Di has also played golf herself. Representing amateur teams, Di has played for both Cheshire Girls and Cheshire Ladies, competing in the Dunhill Links Championship. She has also appeared in adverts for the likes of Titleist golf balls and made several appearances acting in the comedy Mrs Brown’s Boys. Di has also appeared on More Big Ideas and in the early days of her career, she worked as ground crew for Galaxy Radio and a crew runner for Sky Sports. Becoming a highly recognisable face of sports presenting, Di has also become a Brand Ambassador of Lynx.

With an established presenting career already behind her, Di has now become a popular choice as an event host or MC for corporate events. Having previously been the Mistress of Ceremonies for the Goldie Hawn Foundation annual event, Di is a seasoned host and has also formerly worked with the likes of Vodafone, Boodles, M&C Saatchi, Waitrose and John Lewis. She has also formerly spoken for charities such as Sparks, attending an array of after-dinner events as a speaker and host too. Having reported live from Wimbledon and hosted Champions League Finals, Di Dougherty is a seasoned host who is the perfect choice for a range of corporate events.
