George Randle

George Randle is an HR expert who has worked with Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 companies transforming their recruiting practices. He also served in the US Army for over 20 years and is now a Managing Partner at Talent War Group. He started his career as an Army Reservist and completed a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University.  He progressed to the position of an officer and spent over 20 years serving his country in total. While in the armed forces he was deployed to Africa, Central America, and Cuba with US CENTCOM, Berlin Brigade and III Corps. He also served in key leadership roles as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Company Commander at Fort Hood. Even after leaving the military, he continued to support his fellow servicemen and women in his varied corporate roles. Throughout his career, he has supported veterans through recruitment programmes and offers them support with the skills needed to get careers outside the military. 

His corporate career started in 2002 as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Veteran Outreach at Bearing Point. He progressed quickly and became Regional Recruiting Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton before moving to Hewlett-Packard. At HP he was Director of Global Business Recruiting and helped shape the company’s plans for its global recruitment process. He also achieved a target of more than 18,000 hires and increased it to 23,970 within three years. Roles as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at TrueCar Inc and Global Head of Recruiting at Millennium Management followed before George became Vice President, Global Head of Recruiting at Forcepoint. While at the cybersecurity giant he enabled the hiring of 229 employees, doubling the velocity in 14 months. Since 2018 he has held the role of managing partner at Talent War Group, a firm focused on supporting organisations find talented leaders for senior management roles. He is also co-author of The Talent War: How Special Operations and Great Organizations Win on Talent and host of the Talent War Podcast.
