Dr. Joseph Antoun

Dr Joseph Antoun is a visionary leader within the biotechnology field, where medicine, science and public policy converge to shape the future of human health. As CEO and Chairman of L-Nutra Inc., Dr Joseph has led the company to international recognition through innovative work in nutrition technology. A notable example is the pioneering Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD), which is a ground-breaking approach aimed at activating the body’s natural regenerative abilities to promote an extended healthspan. That same year, he became the CEO of L-Nutra and the Chairman of the board at L-Nutra in 2017. 

As a cutting-edge leader, Dr Joseph is a member of the Forbes Business Development Council and YPO Dallas. He has also appeared on the DrTalks podcast and the Nina’s Notes Podcast, sharing insights on health, FMD and cell recycling. In 2025, he gave a compelling keynote at the VIP Reception at the Healthspan Summit, later speaking at both the Broken Brain Toxic Gut Summit and Future of Life Forum in Dubai in 2016.
